To reach to us from Thamel go to Balaju Ring road reach Swayambhu ( near 3 big statue) - From this point, take "U" turn to right towards Ichangu temple, travel 1.8 km, then take right turn again.

Int'l Airport to HIYA about 10 Kms, from Thamel about 3.5 Kms, from Balaju about 2.5 Kms, from Syambhu about 1.8 Kms, behind of Sasastra (armed police force camp). Can also go from Sano Bharayang or Thulo Bharayang.

Pick up service available upon request. Pick up from airport U$D 10 per person. Pick up from Thamel U$D 5 per person each way.

Himalayan Int'l Yoga Academy provides a residential yoga facility. It is overlooking the Kathmandu Valley with views of the Syambhunath Stupa and even Himalayas in a clear day! The Center is situated Near Syambhunath Stupa ( Monkey Temple). It can be reached by taxi within 10 minute from Thamel Kathmandu. Established by highly trained professional Yoga and Naturopathic Physicians, the retreat facility has been recognized by the Nepal Government. We provide physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation. Courses are tailored for both beginning and advanced students of yoga and related practices. HIYA Yoga Center teaches hatha yoga, gyana yoga (yoga of knowledge), kundalini yoga, bhakti (devotion) yoga, shatkarma (yogic cleansings), as well as beginning and advanced teachers' training courses, and Yoga Therapy. Vegetarian meals are the mainstays of the daily routine.
