10:00 - 01:00 pm – Sound Healing, yoga counselling, Leisure, Self Study, relax in our yoga garden
01:00 - 02:00 pm – Lunch and Herbal Tea
02:00 - 04:30 pm – Leisure: Nature/Village walk, Self-practice, Temple visit, Herbal Tea
04:30 - 06:30 pm – Yoga,Meditation & Relaxation
07:00 - 07:30 pm – Dinner and Herbal Tea
07:30 - 08:00 pm – Tratak Meditation. Discussion
08:00 - 10:00 pm – Leisure: Evening walk, Self-study

Double Room: 2 Persons in sharing basis

Inclusions:

• Accommodation (hot shower included)
