We are the first Yoga school in Nepal and also registered to World Yoga Alliance. We are providing teacher training to yoga enthusiasts since 2015. We conduct Yoga Teacher Training Course based on traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga focusing its different aspects and pathways of yogic science under the experts' yoga master with philosophical knowledge and practical experiences.
We focus on workshop, teaching practice, demonstration, discussion, and library study as well.
