10:00 - 01:00 pm – Therapy + Leisure: Cooking, Self Study, Helping others
01:00 - 02:00 pm – Lunch and Herbal Tea
02:00 - 05:00 pm – Leisure: Nature/Village walk, Self-practice, Temple visit
