At Himalayan Yoga Resort, We offer a special yoga day package to those who don’t have time for overnight stay package with us.
During a day yoga package you will gain knowledge of Yoga asanas, meditation, Therapy ( Ayurvedic Massage), steam bath in one day.
This is perfect for those who just finished trek or tours and wants to have a cool relaxed day with refreshment before you depart for your home. Our one day yoga package also include delicious meals (breakfast & lunch ).
Schedules: 06:30 to 5 PM
You can arrive at 6.30 Am at Resort ( or we can pick up at extra cost) join Yoga session, then you will have Ayurvedic therapy, which is the best remedy to rejuvenated, stress-free and refreshing.
Enjoy our healthy Vegeterian Food and herbal teas.

One day Yoga Schedule
06:30 - 07:00 am arrival at Resort join Jala Neti (Nasal Cleansing) and serve Herbal Tea
07: 15 - 08:45 am– Yoga, Breathng Exercise and Meditation
09:00 - 10:00 am – Breakfast and Herbal Tea
11:00 - 12:00 am – Ayurvedic Therapy
13:00 – 14:00 pm - Lunch break
14:15 – 15:30 – Sound Healing and Meditation
15:30 - 17:00 pm: Free and Walk Around / Hiking to view point and enjoy herbal tea
You can depart after 5 PM any time we can transfer to hotel or airport or you can stay overnight with us at Resort
